Now that the SEC schedule for 2013’s arrived, Christmas has descended early on the Southland and now we’re virtually ignoring what is still a gangbusters 2012 for the conference. Alabama and Florida were named your BCS No. 1 and No.2 – although that won’t be the National Championship Game unless all hell breaks loose on the schedule. Gators, Gamecocks crow as Georgia, LSU stumble: 10 Points about Week 6

Wow. On ‘Moving Day’ in the SEC, the elevator up took South Carolina and Florida, and on the way down it took Georgia, LSU, and Auburn as it fell. Anyway, here’s some 10 points about Week 10 in the SEC. And the music we’re going to bring with it is Brad Paisley’s ‘Southern Comfort Zone’. If you love your NASCAR, you’ll love some of the noises at the start. 1) South Carolina absolutely crucified Georgia. A Few Things about Saturday’s SEC games: Week 4

‘Twas another interesting week for the SEC. Georgia and South Carolina made statements. Florida rolled Kentucky. LSU struggled with three touchdown ‘dogs Auburn amid the atmosphere of Jordan-Hare, but got away with a victory. Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Texas A&M both hammered their non-conference opponents to go 3-1, and Tennessee went 3-1 by doing the same to Akron. Oh, and some team called Alabama remained perfect by bulldozing Florida Atlantic. But there was one other team to talk about….. 1) Arkansas (unfortunately for the SEC), is the team to talk about. Playing against Rutgers with Tyler Wilson back, the Razorbacks put up 492 total yards, with 419 of those coming from the wonder-arm of their once Heisman Trophy candidate.
