It was a weird and wild weekend in the SEC. Georgia and South Carolina played a classic that Georgia finally one (it's been the opposite direction at Sanford between these two recently), Texas A&M struggled with mighty Sam Houston State in the first half of their game (mainly thanks to some terrible defense), LSU's Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham were bringing the circus to 'circus-like catches' in Death Valley against UAB, and, er, Florida lost at Miami.
Anyway, here are your SEC Power Rankings after Week 2. And yes, we know Alabama isn't on top.

Well, it was over early - unlike a lot of Johnny Manziel's evenings this off-season. The Heisman-winning quarterback buzzed into the SEC Media Days, faced the media, and buzzed out.
We would go in-depth about his riveting and enchanting interviews, but instead, we'll pick out the best bits from everybody on the podium in Hoover, AL.

There might have been a lot of headlines out west about the National Signing Day classes that Alabama and Ole Miss put together, but guess what? Florida's was pretty darned amazing. Will Muschamp has the reputation as one of the best recruiters in the land, and he proved it with an excellent class. However, there are some deep questions about Georgia to answer, folks...

Kentucky has confirmed the hiring of Mark Stoops, the former Florida State defensive co-ordinator.
