There’s an expression in Britain that says: “They’re a bit of a wanker”. It’s basically the same as what you’d say in the USA about someone being a jerk-off, but with less words. There are other terms: A pile of ‘wank’ (American translation: ‘Crap’), we ‘wanked all over them’ (American translation: Smashed them), ‘Wankered’ (American translation hammered), and ‘Wanky’.
